The Arts

• Art lessons will involve students in learning and applying the elements of art (line, shape, colour, tone, pattern, texture, shape, form, and space).
• A chance to develop their imaginations further in an environment that encourages freedom of expression.
• Students will gain experience of how to use a variety of tools, techniques and materials.
• Students will be introduced to a variety of different artists, art movements, and creative approaches that will expand their horizons and inspire their own artwork.
• Students will be encouraged to have their own responses and opinions of the world around them.
